This morning I had a delicious breakfast shake, full of enzymes and nutrients. This shake tastes like dessert, which is fine by me! This recipe serves two hungry, sleepy humans.
Raw Tahini Breakfast Shake
2 cups raw seed milk
1 banana
1/4 cup dried organic raisins
2 TBSP chia seeds
3 TBSP hemp seeds
2 TBSP pumpkin seeds
2 TBSP sunflower seeds
1-2 TBSP tahini
1 TBSP bee pollen (optional)
dash of cinnamon
Blend and serve! DEEELICIOUS :)
