1 TBSP coconut oil
3 TBSP pineapple juice
1 cup cashews
1/8 cup agave
1/8 cup shredded coconut
1. Process cashews till finely ground, about 1 minute.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process about 1 minute.
3. Place in freezer for at least one hour and serve with fresh coconut and cacao.
