Avocado Mayo, raw and delicious!


This sauce is great with eggs, salads, breads, anything really. The dates bring sweetness to the avocado that is hard to not fall in love with. This is a new favorite!

Avocado Mayo
1/2 cup pinenuts
1 avocado
juice of one lemon
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
4 dates
2 garlic cloves


1. Process all ingredients till creamy and refrigerate till cool.
