Spicy cinnamon chickpea nibbles

Inspired by Vega!

2 cups chickpeas, soaked and boiled
2 TBSP coconut oil
1 TSP each, cinnamon, cumin
Dash of sea salt and cayenne pepper

1. Melt coconut oil jar in a cup of hot water.
2. Mix all ingredients and place on a baking tray.
3. Bake at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes
