Walnut Pomegranate Winter Toast

Another winter toast recipe. Nikos loved this one!
Hope you enjoy!!

2 pieces of gluten free, grain free, or raw toast
cashew butter, olive oil spread, butter or ghee (your preference)
1 piece organic goat or sheep's cheese (optional)
1/2 TBSP marmalade (homemade is best!)
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
1 TBSP crushed raw walnuts
1 TSP grated coconut

Chewy Molasses cookies stuffed with Raw Almond Butter
1.5 TBSP raw almond butter

Try adding a handful of fresh fruit or 100% fruit jam and you will have a real treat!

Chewy Molasses Cookies, gluten free

Gluten Free Chewy Molasses Cookies
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup honey
1 large egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups gluten free flour mix
1/2 TBSP baking soda
2 TSP cinnamon
1 TSP nutmeg
1/2 TSP sea salt

1. Blend all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Bake in the oven at 200C for about 10-12 minutes.

These cookies are great for the holiday season and make the whole house smell delicious! If you wish to have a less spicy cookie, cut the nutmeg to 1/2 TSP.

Cinnamon Sugar Flax Crackers, sugar and gluten free

2 cups whole flax seeds
2/3 cup water, filtered
1 TBSP cinnamon
1/4 TSP stevia
1. Place seeds, cinnamon, stevia and water in a bowl, mix and  let sit overnight.
2. Place in dehydrator and make small creases to form of crackers.
3. Dehydrate for 6-8 hours, until crispy.
4. Garnish with your favorite spread and skip for delight!
Top these bad boys with almond butter or homemade jam- Deeeelicious!!

Chocolate Blueberry Beauty Boost

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I use 100% pure raw ground hemp protein from Good)
Dash of stevia
1 TBSP of raw cacao nibs
Bee Pollen , coconut oil, maca powder (optional)
1. Blend and top with fresh nibs.
Have a hot date? This is sure to get you glowing for your special evening. Great as an afternoon treat or first thing in the morning.

Chocolate Banana Butter Toast, gluten free and to die for!


This morning treat sure made Nikos a happy camper!!!
1 piece of raw or gluten free toast (warmed if you wish)
1 heaping TBSP raw almond butter (don't be shy!!!)
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1 tsp raw cacao nibs
1. Warm bread if desired and slather with almond butter.
2. Top with sliced banana, than drizzle with honey.
3. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
You can also sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin pie spices to bring in the holiday cheer.
OOOHHHHH!!! This toast is just too good to be true. Enjoy!!

Creamy Pomegranate Winter Toast, gluten free

I made this for Nikos for breakfast this morning- beautiful colors and a nice crunch with a touch of sweetness added. You can warm the toast and the spread a bit for extra winter coziness.
1 piece of raw or gluten free toast (heated if you wish)
handful of pomegranate seeds, fresh
1 TBSP organic goat cheese, almond butter, or almond cheese
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp raw Greek honey
1. Slather the bread with your spread of choice, top with pomegranates, sesame seeds.
2.  Drizzle with your favorite Greek honey.
