Creamy Pomegranate Winter Toast, gluten free

 
I made this for Nikos for breakfast this morning- beautiful colors and a nice crunch with a touch of sweetness added. You can warm the toast and the spread a bit for extra winter coziness.
 
1 piece of raw or gluten free toast (heated if you wish)
handful of pomegranate seeds, fresh
1 TBSP organic goat cheese, almond butter, or almond cheese
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp raw Greek honey
 
1. Slather the bread with your spread of choice, top with pomegranates, sesame seeds.
2.  Drizzle with your favorite Greek honey.
