I experimented with a new recipe today and it came out great. Needed a bit of lemon and sea salt and it became perfect. I topped brown rice cakes with the hummus and added celery leaves and tomato to garnish.
Almond Avocado Hummus
1 cup soaked and blanched almonds
1 avocado, ripe
juice of 1 lemon

dash of cumin
brown rice cakes
1. Soak and blanch almonds.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and puree for about 2 minutes till creamy.
3. Top on rice cakes, garnish with tomato and celery leaves and drizzle with olive oil (optional).
