Another use for your delicious miso dressing. Only four ingredients and ready in 12 minutes!
Parsley Miso Quinoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup quinoa
Large handful of parsley
1/4-1/3 cup miso dressing
1. Bring quinoa with 1 cup water to a boil, about two minutes.
2. Reduce and simmer about ten minutes.
2. Reduce and simmer about ten minutes.
3. Pull from heat, mix in fresh parsley.
4. Top with miso dressing.
