1 gluten-free pizza crust
1/4 cup Bio goat feta cheese or vegan cheese
One cup baby tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup Greek olives
Dash of dried basil
Drizzle of Greek olive oil or coconut oil
1. Assemble on pizza crust.

2. Bake at 180C for 12 minutes.
I love pizza. This is definitely the best alternative to tradition pizza. :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it! I also make raw pizza in my dehydrator (with eggplant slices) which is another amazing alternative to regular pizza.
