Vegan Cauliflower soup

2 veggie bullion cubes, organic
4 cups filtered water
1/2 cup ground buckwheat
2 cups cauliflower
1 large onion

1. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
2. Reduce to simmer and add the following:

Handful of chopped parsley
2 TBSP coconut oil
1 TSP tamari
1 cup almond milk
Cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt

3. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve!!
