Sweet Cinnamon Pomegranate Amaranth
2 1/4 cups water
1 cup amaranth
handful of soaked almonds (8-24 hours)
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup almond milk
1. Bring amaranth and water to a boil.
2. Reduce to low heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Pull from heat and top with fresh soaked almonds, fresh almond milk, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon, stevia and a dash of sea salt.
