Strawberry Macadamia Cream of Buckwheat, gluten and sugar free

Strawberry Macadamia Cream of Buckwheat
2 cups water
1/2 cup ground buckwheat
dash of sea salt
1 cup of fresh strawberries
handful of raw macadamia nuts
agave or raw honey, to taste
dash of cinnamon

1. Heat water, salt, and buckwheat till boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
2. Top with fresh strawberries, macadamia nuts, agave/honey and cinnamon.
