I'm a California girl having a Greek experience. Just can't seem to keep my fingers out of the tahini jar.
Here were some of our Swedish treats:
RisiFrutti (not actually Swedish, but I first tried it in Sweden)-Rice pudding with berry jam
Smoked Salmon with diced tomato and avocado
Bitter Lettuce and Spinach salad with olive oil, lemon, garlic and topped with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, diced avocado and sea salt.
Freshly baked kanelbullar (cinnamon buns)
Fresh stove cooked coffee
There is much I am not including as this list could go on and on and on...
