This month I have decided to highlight the pomegranate, a delicacy which is both anti-viral and high in Vitamins A, C and E. Pomegranates are a lovely winter fruit packed
with antioxidants that help lower LDL cholesterol, high blood pressure and
risks of cancer Antioxidants also
negate the effects of free radical damage to your cells caused by oxidation.
Since oxidation occurs naturally and daily, by breaking down food or physical
activity, it is important to consume foods that help to balance their damage.
