I made Nikos three kinds of sandwiches for lunch yesterday- all consisting of one main ingredient- smoked salmon (IKEA is yummy). One one sandwich I used avocado cream and orange bell peppers, while on the other two I used sweet mustard and dill sauce (IKEA gravad lax sauce) and fresh parsley on one sandwich and tomato on the other. Nikos favorite was the avocado cream sandwich :) Even though gravad lax sauce is delicious, 100% homemade does come out in the avocado cream, which results in a fresher and more unique flavor.
