Wild Salmon Salad
one salmon filet
two handfuls of organic lettuce
bell peppers, diced
olive oil, cold pressed
basil
oregano
sea salt/pepper
1. Top salmon with herbs, and spices, and broil for 8-10 minutes. When ready, salmon will be light pink on the inside.
2. Drench salmon in olive oil and top on greens and bell peppers. Enjoy!
