Pumpkin Pecan Buckwheat Pancakes

1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup ground pecans
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 TBSP baking powder
coconut oil for frying

1. Mix together in a bowl.
2. Cook over medium heat with some coconut oil, frying on each side for about 3 minutes.
3. Top with raw honey, raspberries, and pecans.
